Ayaka Umeda (梅田 彩香 Umeda Ayaka), also known as Ume-chan (うめちゃん) and Kyura (きゅら), is a member of AKB0048 who is the 7th person to succeed this name.
Appearance[]
She has brown eyes, and brown-red hair. Her hair is curly and is parted from the left side of her hair. It is also tied into a ponytail with a black bow, and she has a long bang that comes off the right side of her hair. Like all AKB0048 members and understudies, she has a heart shaped lining in her hair and her eyes.

Ayaka Umeda was born on January 3rd, 1989 in Fukuoka, Japan. She joined AKB48 as a member of 2nd generation and was a member of AKB48's Sub-Unit DIVA, which disbanded in 2014. In AKB48's Group Daisokaku Matsuri she was transfered from Team B to NMB48's Team BII as the captain. She ranked #56 in this year election.

- Ayaka's surname Umeda means "Japanese apricot, plum" (梅) (ume) and "field, rice paddy" (田) (ta/da).
